Tj Power
About Tj Power
Tj got his first iPhone as a kid, got addicted to distraction, and has spent his career since working on what that does to a brain. He studied psychology and neuroscience at Exeter, lectured there on the neuroscience of mindfulness, and built the DOSE framework around the four chemicals — dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins — that govern how people focus, feel and function. His book hit No.1 on the Sunday Times list in March 2026 and was Waterstones' non-fiction pick of the month. He's delivered over 650 keynotes to more than 100,000 people, at Amazon, Salesforce, TikTok and the NHS, and at Oxford, Harrow and Le Rosey. His central argument is unfashionably specific: attention is the asset that decides who performs as the world accelerates, and most people are spending theirs without noticing.
