About Trish Odusami

Trish spent fifteen years running ERP implementations and multi-million dollar digital transformations across industries and continents, in boardrooms and steering committees where being heard and taken seriously wasn't a soft skill, it was the job. She now works with mid-career and senior tech professionals who are brilliant at what they do and somehow not getting chosen. Her diagnosis is translation: expertise doesn't create opportunity on its own, and the gap between what you know and how it lands is where careers stall. She works on positioning, visibility and presence, and she has a particular practice with multilingual professionals on voice, accent and speaking confidence, which is one of the least served needs in global tech and one almost nobody addresses without condescension. She moved from the UK to the US with no network, was told repeatedly she wouldn't get an IT job, and got a six-figure offer from her first application. She has written two books on leadership and is currently training toward ICF credentialing.
