Abeer Saleem
Pakistan–UAE Trade & Market Entry | Chief Representative Pakistan, Dubai Chambers
About Abeer Saleem
Abeer sits at the junction two countries' worth of businesses keep trying to cross. As Dubai Chambers' Chief Representative in Pakistan she spends her working life on trade, investment and partnership between the two markets, which means she knows the machinery most companies discover only by getting stuck in it. Before that she spent a decade in project delivery and operations across MENA and South Asia, including running an examination for over 1,100 candidates simultaneously under one roof, an operation that set a global record and taught her more about logistics under pressure than most careers do. Colleagues describe someone who builds unusually durable stakeholder relationships and grows the people around her into managers. What she offers is rare and specific: she can tell you what a Pakistani company underestimates about Dubai, and what a Gulf company misreads about Pakistan.
1:1 Sessions
Delivering Complex Operations

Building the Relationships That Close Deals
60 min
Her actual craft. How business relationships work across Pakistan and the Gulf, what a first meeting is for, the pace of trust-building, and why the transactional approach that works elsewhere stalls here.

Setting Up in Dubai
60 min
For Pakistani businesses looking at the UAE and unsure what the move actually involves. Free zone versus mainland, what you need before you arrive, realistic costs and timelines, and which sectors are genuinely open versus crowded.
