About Ali Hasnain Shah

I've spent 25 years building things. Networks, companies, and careers, including my own, more than once.

I started in telecom, running core networks at Mobilink and delivering some of the UK's biggest telecom programmes at Vodafone. Then I stepped out of the corporate ladder and built Xecofy, a consultancy that has since worked with Ericsson, Nokia, AstraZeneca, PwC and Oxford. Today I lead Takhleeq, run DealSmash, and host the Ali Shah Reinvent podcast, where I talk about the things that changed my life: investing, entrepreneurship, and the courage to start again.

That word, reinvent, is the thread through everything I do. I've gone from engineer to consultant to founder to investor, and I've helped hundreds of professionals make their own leap. Out of the paycheck-to-paycheck loop, into businesses, side hustles and investments that buy back their freedom.
