Hammad spent a long professional career across a dozen countries before he became the person people book to fix their LinkedIn profile, and the earlier half is why the later half works. He is not teaching a growth hack. He treats LinkedIn as a search engine that decides whether anyone in a hiring position ever encounters you, and most people are invisible on it without knowing. He works with founders and senior executives on positioning, and separately with immigrants and newcomers, a group he keeps returning to because he watches people spend everything on qualifications and relocation and then fail at the one step nobody taught them. He coaches in English, Urdu and Hindi. He is IOM certified through the US Chamber of Commerce, has spoken at TEDx, wrote LinkedIn Masterminds, and helps run the Canada Startup Association.
