I'm a Psychiatry Resident at Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar, with a strong academic and clinical foundation in mental health. I graduated top of my class (Best Graduate, AMC'24) and hold a Gold Medal for academic excellence, alongside a passing score on USMLE Step 1.

My interests lie at the intersection of clinical psychiatry and research — I've co-authored published work in BMC Psychiatry on depressive symptoms and psychometric evaluation, and I regularly participate in specialized training such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) workshops.

I'm currently working toward matching into a psychiatry residency in the US, and I'm actively seeking clinical experience and research opportunities to strengthen that path. I'm passionate about reducing stigma around mental illness through better public understanding, evidence-based care, and ongoing research.
